Warranty Policy Details
At Space Coast Trim & Door, we are committed to providing quality products from trusted manufacturers. To ensure fairness and transparency, all warranties are provided directly through the product manufacturers.
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
All products we supply are covered exclusively under the manufacturer's warranty.
Our warranty is strictly limited to the material replacement offered by the manufacturer.
Any labor, installation, or service costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer/contractor.
Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, customers must provide a valid receipt, sales order, or proof of purchase issued by Space Coast Trim & Door.
All warranty requests should be submitted through the contractor or builder of record, not by the homeowner directly.
We will assist in facilitating claims with the manufacturer but are not responsible for approval, processing time, or replacement timelines.
Important Notes
Once products are installed, warranty coverage applies only to the extent of the manufacturer's warranty.
Any modifications, improper installation, or use outside of manufacturer guidelines may void warranty coverage.
Labor, shipping, and related costs are not included in warranty coverage.
