Easy Returns & Exchanges — Your Satisfaction, Our Commitment

Return Policy Details

At Space Coast Trim & Door, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Because our work is primarily production-based and tailored for builders and contractors, all returns are subject to the following terms:

Custom & Special-Order Items

All custom or special-order products (including doors, trim, and hardware ordered to specification) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been placed with the manufacturer. This includes items cut, machined, or prepped to specification.

Stock Items

Stock items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
A restocking fee (Minimum 25%) will apply to cover handling and supplier return charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
Issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with supporting documentation (photos, order details).

Installed Products

Once products are installed at the jobsite, they are considered accepted and are not eligible for return or refund.
Any warranty claims after installation will follow the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after inspection and approval.
Shipping, delivery, and labor costs are non-refundable.

Builder/Contractor Accounts

Returns must be requested through the purchasing manager or contractor of record on the account.
We do not accept direct return requests from homeowners.
